Rules of the road for hellobuilding.ca.

These terms govern access to hellobuilding.ca and the RFQ submission portal operated by Hello Building Inc. By using the site, you agree to the terms below.

1. Business-to-business use only

The site and RFQ portal are intended for general contractors, commercial contractors, developers and construction professionals. Homeowners and residential end-users are not the intended audience and should not submit personal renovation enquiries.

2. Accuracy of submissions

You confirm that any information, drawings or specifications you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share them with Hello Building for the purpose of pricing and execution.

3. Intellectual property

Drawings and specifications remain the property of the submitting contractor and their client. Hello Building uses submitted material solely to review, quote and execute the project. Content on hellobuilding.ca (copy, imagery, marks) is the property of Hello Building Inc.

4. Quotations and scope

Written quotations from Hello Building reflect the scope, inclusions and exclusions stated at the time of issue. Verbal statements do not constitute a quotation or scope commitment. Awarded work is governed by the executed subcontract.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the site, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access to admin systems, or use the RFQ portal to submit non-project material.

6. No warranty of availability

The site is provided on an as-available basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep the RFQ portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
