Hello Building operates as an execution partner to general and commercial contractors. We never attempt to replace or bypass the contractor, and every project runs under a written commitment to protect the relationship you built with your client.
The Rule
Your client is your client. Not ours. Not today, not next year, not on the next building.
A subcontractor who back-doors the general contractor destroys the trust the entire commercial industry runs on. We refuse to be that trade. The commitments below are written into every subcontract we sign.
Strict project confidentiality
Drawings, specifications, pricing and correspondence are handled as confidential contractor information — never shared, referenced or reused outside your project.
No client solicitation
We do not contact, market to or pursue your client during the project or after handover — not on this building, not on the next one.
No direct quoting to your client
If your client asks us to price anything, they get your card. Every scope on your project is quoted through you.
Scope accountability
We own the scope we signed for — including RFIs, deficiencies and punch list — until you sign off on completion.
Personally supervised execution
A named foreman is assigned to your project and remains the single point of contact for your PM and site super from mobilization through closeout.
Schedule communication
Your look-ahead is our look-ahead. Delays, coordination issues and manpower changes are flagged in writing — never absorbed silently.
Secure handling of drawings and specifications
Plans and specifications are submitted through a private, access-controlled portal. Files are never shared externally or reused for other bids.

Hello Building exists to strengthen your contract with your client, not to compete for it. Our name stays behind yours, our crews take direction from your team, and every decision on site protects the relationship you built.
We do not take over the contractor's agreement.
We do not approach or solicit the contractor's client.
We do not submit pricing directly to the contractor's client.
We do not use project names, addresses, plans or values publicly without written permission.
All communication and change-order pricing flow through the contractor unless otherwise authorized in writing.
