Preliminary internal cost, suggested selling range, hours and a trade-by-trade breakdown.

Escalate when needed
Save, duplicate, print to PDF, or convert the estimate into a formal Hello Building quote request.
Scope range
Small Scope
One office room, a single steel-framed wall, board and Level 4 taping only, or a stand-alone T-bar grid.
Standard Commercial Scope
Multi-room fit-outs and full floors combining framing, drywall, taping and ceilings.
Large Commercial Scope
Larger packages up to CAD $150,000. Near that limit the tool recommends a formal review; above it, a custom estimating review is required.

This preliminary estimate is a budgeting tool only. It is not a quotation, bid recommendation, guarantee of market price or agreement between contractors. Each contractor independently determines its own pricing. Final pricing remains subject to drawings, site conditions, engineered requirements and written agreement.
